This course is designed for individuals with SEND and an Education Health and Care Plan aged

18-19.

This programme is in partnership with Palmer Gardens and will support preparation for

employment. You will complete a rotation of work placements within Palmer Gardens, and be

supported to enable you to gain core employability skills.
